Children's Privacy Notice
Last updated: 1 November 2026
Draft for review. This page is pending legal review before launch.
The Adventures of Jojo is made for children aged 2 to 10 and their families. We follow the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and build the website so that children can play and learn without giving us any personal information.
What we do not collect from children
We do not ask children for their name, email address, phone number, address, photos, videos, voice recordings or location. There are no child accounts, no chat, no comments, no public sharing, no leaderboards and no advertising.
What stays on your device
Games and activities save progress (for example, stars collected) in your browser's local storage on your own device. This information is not sent to us. A parent can clear it on the Parents page.
Grown-ups' gate
Anything meant for adults, such as newsletter sign-up, shopping links and contact, sits behind a grown-ups' gate or on pages written for adults.
Analytics
We use cookie-free, aggregate analytics that count visits without identifying anyone. We do not use behavioural advertising or tracking.
Future features
We will not add features that collect children's personal information (such as accounts or artwork sharing) without first updating this notice and, where required, obtaining verifiable parental consent.
Parents' rights
If you believe we have received information about your child, contact us and we will delete it.
